Lead Coupa Configuration, Implementation, and support activities ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
Gather and document business requirements; conduct solution feasibility and functional fit assessments aligning with customer expectations for timely project delivery.
Develop test cases, validate deliverables before Client testing and UAT; resolve issues; provide training and functional inputs to technical and Coupa teams.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in S2P (Source-to-Pay) and BSM (Business Spend Management) system functionality and configurations.
Any Graduate degree required.
Location: Bengaluru with Hybrid working mode.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Procurement domains: Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, and business performance benchmarking.
Skilled in interacting with key end-users and business owners to perform mapping to standard processes and gap analysis.
Able to support presales activities including demos and estimates, indicating client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
