Support day-to-day operational shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading shipments across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.
Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and service commitments while maintaining shipment accuracy, productivity, and data integrity.
Assist Shift In-charges in achieving daily operational targets, support peak operation volumes, and promptly report shipment discrepancies or safety concerns.
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Standard Pass.
Work Experience Required: Freshers up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail, or similar operational environments.
Physically fit for activities including standing, walking, lifting, and handling shipments.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays; basic English and computer/handheld scanner usage.
Candidates comfortable with hands-on frontline operational roles in logistics or warehousing environments supporting shipment processing workflows.
Ability to work under shift-based schedules and manage physical operational tasks with attention to safety and accuracy.
