Regional Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager

Lead commercial procurement activities across multiple indirect spend categories including capital equipment and professional services.

Develop and execute competitive tendering processes, perform bid leveling, and conduct negotiation and contracting to deliver best-value outcomes (cost, schedule, quality, safety, risk).

Support contract administration including change order evaluation and claims avoidance, and track procurement milestones and savings to report status to project leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of procurement experience including competitive bidding, costing, and contract negotiation for capital projects.

Proven experience in categories like capital equipment, precision engineered fixtures, Chemicals, and related services; semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years in procurement supporting capital projects and related categories.

Experienced in commercial construction bidding with strong skills in bid leveling, scope analysis, pricing structures, and risk management for indirect procurement categories.

Demonstrates consulting mindset with ability to work independently in matrixed project teams and influence through clear data-driven recommendations.

Familiarity with complex MEP-intensive projects, such as labs and cleanrooms, and strong negotiation skills for high-value construction packages.
