Regional Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager

Lead commercial procurement across multiple indirect spend categories including capital equipment, professional services, and construction-related scopes.

Develop and execute sourcing/tendering strategies and manage end-to-end competitive bidding, including RFIs/RFPs, bid analysis, and negotiations for multiple projects.
