Product Lifecycle Project Manager- 5-8 years of proven experience in PLM, NPI/Sustaining, hardware development, manufacturing operations, and/or end-to-end supply chain engineering.

Support product lifecycle from post-production ramp through End of Life (EoL) with a focus on operational efficiency and supply chain innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and Engineering to align priorities and implement supply chain and PLM strategies.

Analyze multi-functional data and processes to identify risks and improvement opportunities, champion change with innovative solutions, and facilitate strategic design-thinking sessions.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field; advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.

5+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), NPI/Sustaining, hardware development, manufacturing operations, and/or end-to-end supply chain engineering.

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives in supply chain operations.

Proven skills in global process design/standardization, program management, and risk identification/mitigation.

Experienced in global project management with multi-geography engagement, preferably in EMS/OEM industries.

Strong analytical and data-driven problem solver focused on operational excellence and process improvements.

Capable of influencing and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, using strong organizational and communication skills.
