Provide technical guidance and support capability development across distributed teams in UK, Europe, nearshore and offshore locations.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience of 8+ years in enterprise Java development and DevOps practices.
Strong skills with Java 11/17, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Eclipse RCP, SWT, JFace, PostgreSQL, WildFly Application Server.
Experience with software architecture, modularisation, object-oriented design, clean code, design patterns, and backend technologies including JPA/Hibernate.
Preferred degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; experience in regulated or complex operational environments (e.g., Forensics, LIMS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced architect and hands-on developer capable of bridging technical design with delivery leadership in distributed teams.
Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments requiring compliance and operational alignment, specifically forensic or similar domains.
