Own the end-to-end architecture and integration design of OpenGov’s HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and adjacent systems spanning payroll, talent management, benefits, and compliance.

Experience with multi-platform HR ecosystems including payroll (e.g., ADP), applicant tracking (Ashby preferred), engagement (CultureAmp preferred), and integration platforms (e.g., Workato).
Senior individual contributor with proven ability to lead architecture and influence technical/business stakeholders in complex, multi-platform HR environments.
Strong technical leadership in Workday and adjacent HR technologies supporting global workforces, especially US and India.
Demonstrated hands-on delivery capability and experience mentoring without formal reporting lines, with expertise in HR data governance, security, and emerging AI applications in HR tech.
