Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficiency in Java and Python, and experience with React for front-end development in an enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of SDLC, agile delivery, CI/CD, secure coding, testing, resiliency, and production support practices.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools responsibly with validation, peer review, and adherence to security standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building reusable engineering solutions and cross-product accelerators within complex enterprise environments.
Familiar with AI-first engineering practices, including leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and integrating secure, responsible AI workflows.
Comfortable operating in collaborative team settings involving guided pairing, shadowing with senior engineers, and contributing to shared engineering communities of practice.
