About This Role
- Lead technical support, troubleshooting, and solution delivery for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations.
- Manage incident resolution workflows, mentor junior team members, and contribute to deployment automation using DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with global teams, communicate with US-based stakeholders, and implement enhancements involving Power Platform and Azure integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O technical development and support including X++, LCS, debugging, and data entity integrations.
- Proficiency with source control and CI/CD pipelines such as Git and Azure DevOps.
- Strong English communication skills for interfacing with global stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant Dynamics 365 F&O roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technical delivery with a balance of hands-on coding and team leadership in Dynamics 365 F&O environments.
- Comfortable working with cross-regional teams and communicating complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to own incident workflows, perform performance optimizations, and support integrations with Power Platform and Azure.
