Ensure enterprise data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability across platforms and applications.
Perform data profiling, validation, ETL/ELT pipeline testing, source-to-target reconciliation, and root-cause analysis of data issues.
Define and implement data quality rules, metrics, controls, monitor KPIs and support data governance and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Testing, or ETL Testing.
Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data warehouses.
Experience with data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and ETL/ELT testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or SQL Server.
Capable of collaborating with Data Engineering and business teams to resolve complex data inconsistencies.
Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to define and enforce data quality standards and automate quality checks.
