Software Engineer II - Java Full Stack Developer

Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components in an agile environment for cloud-native applications using Java, frontend technologies, and AWS.

Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools (e.g., co-pilot, LLM) to improve code quality, testing, and documentation with peer and automated validation.

Execute end-to-end development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, deployment with consideration of microservices architecture and CI/CD tools.

2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Hands-on experience with Java, frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js or Angular), AWS cloud, and AI-assisted software development tools.

Exposure to CI/CD, application resiliency, security tools, microservices architecture, container technologies like Kubernetes.

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or equivalent is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.

Developer with practical experience in building cloud-native and cloud-ready applications using AWS within large collaborative agile teams.

Comfortable working with AI-assisted programming tools and understands responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure coding practices.

Experienced in frontend frameworks, microservices, containerization, and prompt engineering, actively applying best industry technology trends.
