Skill Chapter Lead - Procurement and Upstream Supply Chain Engineering

Lead and manage the Procurement and Upstream Supply Chain Engineering chapter, including line management, coaching, and performance responsibility for 50+ team members.

Develop chapter strategy, enforce best practices and technical standards, and drive technology decisions within procurement and supply chain engineering platforms.

Collaborate with squad leads and senior management to align on strategic initiatives, manage external vendors, and ensure operational stability and security of technology solutions.

University degree in a technology engineering-related field.

18+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years in relevant leadership roles.

Experience managing large engineering teams (50+ people), preferably in matrix organizations and global, multicultural settings.

Work Experience Required: 18+ years IT with 6+ years leadership in technical engineering; Mandatory technical leadership in engineering teams; Good English communication skills.

Experienced in leading global engineering teams across multiple international locations with cultural diversity and ability to travel to Europe as required.

Technical background with hands-on and strategic capability, strong leadership competence, and experience defining standards in complex, dynamic environments.

Familiarity with Procurement and/or Supply Chain business and technology context, combining business and IT management expertise.
