Lead Software Engineer - Java/Python, React

Design, build, and maintain reusable AI-first engineering components, automation, and cross-product accelerators to improve operational stability and engineering consistency within the AIS product line.

Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows, ensuring quality, security, and compliance in code generation, testing, documentation, and operational diagnostics.

Drive engineering standardization and reduced duplication across AIS products through reusable libraries, automation, and community leadership of best practices.

5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Advanced proficiency in Java and Python, including system design, application development, testing, deployment, automation, and CI/CD practices.

Experience with React for modern front-end development.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in software engineering roles with demonstrated leadership of AI-assisted software development tools.

Experienced in driving AI-first software engineering, capable of leading teams to adopt enterprise-standard AI workflows with focus on validation and security.

Familiar with cross-product or horizontal platform engineering to standardize tools and practices across multiple product lines.

Strong hands-on expertise in cloud-native development and modern SDLC practices in a regulated financial services environment.
