Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web, mobile, API, and web services applications using Selenium and other frameworks.
Analyze functional requirements to create and execute automated and manual test scenarios, document defects, and report results to ensure timely project delivery.
Contribute to test framework development, quality standards, lead a small test team (2-3 members), and support Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years hands-on automation testing experience with Selenium and knowledge of JAVA, C#, or Python.
Experience with test frameworks such as BDD, TestNG, Hybrid, Data, or Keyword frameworks in cross-browser environments.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA, qTest, ALM, GIT, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
SQL knowledge for database testing, understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle, and ability to estimate work products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading small test teams and participating in sprint planning and cross-team coordination, indicating strong operational and coordination skills.
Able to adapt automation skills across varied business domains and industries showing flexibility in technical solution application.
Familiar with multiple testing tools, frameworks, and processes, including deep understanding of defect management and Agile/Waterfall project environments.
