Own technical delivery of control system functions for STATCOM/SVC projects from design through commissioning.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship while supporting commissioning and customer discussions globally.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years experience in FACTS/HVDC projects.
MSc/MTech or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Control Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong hands-on skills in MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, and RTDS testing relevant to STATCOM/SVC control systems.
Willingness to travel internationally for commissioning and project activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical leadership of STATCOM/SVC control software development and commissioning in international project environments.
Deep expertise in power system dynamics, control theory, power electronics with practical experience in grid-connected converter controls.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering coordination and lead technical problem-solving from simulation through site commissioning.
