Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Strong development skills in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Spark.
Practical experience with Public Cloud technologies such as ECS, S3, Lambda, OpenSearch, MongoDB Atlas, Snowflake, Athena, and Glue.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability within large corporate environments.
Proficient in agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Capable of analyzing large diverse data sets to identify issues and drive improvements in code quality and system architecture, with ability to guide peers on secure AI tool usage.
