Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of hands-on Java development experience.
Proficiency with Spring and Hibernate frameworks, Java design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server) including SQL queries and stored procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MS preferred; experience needed if degree is not in CS or IT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading or mentoring software teams in Java backend development.
Comfortable working with cloud technologies such as AWS (S3, ECS Containers) and Weblogic/Apache Tomcat.
Preferably has exposure to financial services domain or experience building financial applications.
