Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years experience (or Master’s with 10+ years).
Proficient in C, C++, and Python programming.
Strong experience in hardware and device driver development including Linux hardware bring-up, multi-threading, event handling, and state machine implementation.
Experience developing and debugging embedded systems and device drivers for protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, and/or GPIO.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working on complex embedded Linux systems focusing on hardware bring-up and device driver development with significant kernel-level programming.
Skilled in end-to-end software development lifecycle for high-speed, large-scale networking hardware with strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
Comfortable collaborating across hardware and software teams to design, specify, and validate system software, with experience in networking protocols, optical networking, and secure boot integration.
