Administer and support enterprise Product Management and Delivery platforms including Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, and Jira with a focus on governance, user enablement, and workflow optimization.
Manage user access, licensing, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and integrations between Aha!, Azure DevOps, and GitHub to support roadmap planning and release tracking.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve visibility, traceability, delivery effectiveness, and drive process improvements and platform standardization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience with Product Management or DevOps platforms.
Experience administering Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar enterprise tools.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product delivery processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and optimizing enterprise product management tools with a technical and operational focus.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Engineering teams to drive platform adoption and process improvements.
Capability to develop and maintain integrations, automate processes, and enhance reporting/dashboards to improve delivery outcomes.
