Administer and support enterprise Product Management and Delivery platforms including Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, and Jira with a focus on governance, user enablement, and workflow optimization.

Experienced in managing and optimizing enterprise product management tools with a technical and operational focus.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Engineering teams to drive platform adoption and process improvements.
Capability to develop and maintain integrations, automate processes, and enhance reporting/dashboards to improve delivery outcomes.
