Hands-on experience with Nexthink and automation platforms; basic understanding of Generative AI technologies.
Location requirement: India (Noida, Pune, or Bangalore).

Experienced in End-User Computing (EuC) environment with a focus on Nexthink and Nanoheal platform administration.
Strong technical capability in designing and implementing automation workflows for IT service desk functions.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and translating business requirements into technical solutions within automation and monitoring domains.
