Lead Engineer (Manager), Microsoft Power Platform

Lead design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

Act as hands-on technical lead responsible for solution architecture, software development, troubleshooting, client discussions, and implementation across multiple engagements.

Provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges.

8+ years professional software engineering or related technology experience.

4+ years hands-on Microsoft Power Platform engineering experience.

Strong software development skills with C#/.NET and JavaScript or TypeScript.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years software engineering experience, including 4+ years Power Platform experience.

Experienced software engineer with deep Microsoft Power Platform expertise combined with strong enterprise architecture and consulting skills.

Proven ability to lead technical delivery on complex enterprise application projects and communicate design decisions effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Comfortable working with global/distributed teams and client-facing roles involving technical discovery, mentoring, and solution guidance.
