Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate understanding of functionality and data requirements.
Perform data analysis including profiling, mapping, lineage documentation, and transformations with focus on data consolidation and standardization.
Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), source-to-target mapping (STTM), and design documents to support data processes and decision making.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of experience in large-scale data applications focusing on data analysis, data mapping, and data transformations.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, relational databases, SQL, business requirement gathering, and STTM document writing.
Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain, including policy, claims lifecycle, and reinsurance business.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Proficient in connecting with client SMEs to extract and translate business and data functionality needs.
Experience with insurance data sets and understanding of data quality, reference, and master data standardization in complex data landscapes.
