Senior Lead Software Engineer - Java/Python, React, AWS

Lead architectural direction and technical decisions for Application Integration & Streaming cross-product capabilities.

Develop secure, high-quality reusable components, services, APIs, SDKs, and automate AI-assisted engineering workflows for improved code quality and delivery speed.

Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to align and deliver enterprise-wide AI-enabled software engineering practices and governance.

10+ years of software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Advanced proficiency in Java or Python; experience with system design, CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and modern SDLC.

Experience with AI-assisted engineering practices and implementing human-plus-AI workflows including validation and auditability.

Strong understanding and practical experience with cloud-native engineering, secure coding, controls engineering, production support, and React for front-end development.

Senior technologist comfortable independently solving complex design and functionality problems with minimal oversight.

Experience leading adoption and governance of AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI engineering practices in regulated environments.

Expertise in cross-product platform engineering, reusable services, and building AI-enabled automation within enterprise-scale cloud environments.
