Take technical ownership and lead delivery of control system functions for complex FACTS power system projects from design through commissioning.
Develop, simulate, validate, and test STATCOM/SVC control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, and RTDS real-time testing.
Lead coordination of multidisciplinary engineering activities and act as technical mentor for control software engineers.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of experience in FACTS/HVDC projects.
MSc/MTech or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Control Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, and RTDS testing for STATCOM/SVC control systems.
Willingness to travel internationally for commissioning and customer support.
