Lead presales technical solutioning for Supply Chain AI including RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs, delivering architecture, effort sizing, and feasibility.
Run and manage customer pilots for Supply Chain AI solutions, overseeing scoping, execution, KPI measurement, and pilot lifecycle coordination.
Design solution architecture for new Supply Chain AI offerings, including data models, integration, and liaising with platform teams to develop reusable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management technology consulting with presales and solution architecture exposure.
Hands-on experience with AI/agentic solutions AND traditional integration/data architecture builds in Supply Chain.
Strong expertise in at least one Supply Chain functional area: Planning/Forecasting, WMS, Order Management, or Control Tower.
Based in India (preferably Bangalore or Chennai); limited travel required for pilot engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to manage end-to-end technical solutioning in presales environments under bid deadlines with clear communication.
Experience running client pilots and converting outcomes into reusable case studies and proof points in Supply Chain AI context.
Capability to design scalable, reusable architectures integrating multiple Supply Chain platforms like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and SAP with emphasis on AI-enabled solutions.
