Classic Apps Full Stack Developer - Assistant Manager - MFT - KGS CH

Lead support, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, C#.NET, and VB.NET.

Own production support for Level 3 and 4 incidents including incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes.

Drive development activities including front-end, back-end, API & integration development, and mentor technical teams while collaborating with business and cross-functional stakeholders.

10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development and Enterprise Application Support with strong hands-on skills in ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and REST APIs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Location: India (Bangalore / Gurugram) with Hybrid work mode.

Must have experience managing complex production environments, performing incident management, root cause analysis, and following ITIL processes.

Experienced technical leader with strong expertise in Microsoft full stack technologies and proven ability to manage critical production support and development teams.

Demonstrated ability to lead incident and problem management activities in business-critical enterprise environments.

Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders including technical teams, business users, and vendors in a global enterprise setup.
