Coordinate and plan implementation of qualified, non-standardized delivery projects across multiple departments ensuring alignment with customer contracts.
Monitor project deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and risks, providing general reporting and escalation to management as needed.
Lead cross-disciplinary coordination, conduct quality workshops, support project participants, and continuously develop project methodology and process optimization.
University degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.
At least 2-5 years of relevant project management experience in (national and international) data center environments.
Knowledge of data center infrastructure including power supply, cooling, Cx ing, Fit-Out, Security, Connectivity, and product knowledge (racks, networking, IT-related services).
Demonstrated experience in delivery of managed services to clients with SLA compliance and contract performance monitoring.
Experienced in managing complex customer projects involving multiple stakeholders and contractual requirements in data center environments.
Proficient with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or Scrum, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Able to operate with entrepreneurial thinking, handle sensitive customer information professionally, and communicate effectively at all matrix levels.
