Senior Manager - Engineering Program Management

Lead and grow a team of Program Managers focused on large scale on-premises and cloud infrastructure transformation projects.

Drive complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs ensuring successful on-time delivery in Providence's infrastructure space.

Build and maintain relationships with business, engineering, and global stakeholders to facilitate project execution and translate between technical and non-technical requirements.

10+ years leadership experience including 7+ years in program management and 5+ years people management in technical teams.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or related field.

Experience managing end-to-end execution of complex software/hardware lifecycle programs spanning multiple engineering teams.

Knowledge or experience with virtualization, compute, storage, migration, capacity planning, and cloud solutions.

Experienced in managing distributed or remote technical teams on large infrastructure programs.

Proven ability to define milestones, success criteria, and resource allocations for technology programs.

Technical leadership style that involves stakeholder collaboration, clear communication between technical and non-technical partners, and driving organizational change in infrastructure projects.
