Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of experience specifically in water and sanitation sector.
Professional experience in program management, monitoring frameworks, and KPI design/review.
Experience working in a monitoring role for any National WASH Mission program, preferably more than 1 year.
Graduate degree in Engineering (BTech) or Post-Graduate degree in Management, Economics, Rural Development, Social Science, Social Work, or Computer Applications.
Location requirement: Must be based in New Delhi (on-site).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated depth in water and sanitation project monitoring within government or national mission contexts.
Experienced operating within complex program management and monitoring environments requiring design and execution of KPIs and review mechanisms.
Senior-level candidate familiar with multi-disciplinary teams and able to drive monitoring excellence in public sector WASH initiatives.
