Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or related technical field.
Several years of experience in engineering HMI/SCADA systems for control systems and energy transmission & distribution.
Knowledge of substation automation software (e.g., WinCC, Zenon, SICAM PAS/A8000) and cybersecurity principles for critical infrastructure.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and certifications in Product Ownership or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical product ownership within grid automation or substation automation domains with deep domain knowledge of HMI/SCADA.
Capable of translating strategic goals into detailed actionable product initiatives and working cross-functionally with global and diverse technical teams.
Comfortable operating in agile international environments managing complex features like IEC 61850 implementations and cybersecurity requirements.
