Senior Machine Learning Engineer, ITC

Develop and deliver scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions impacting Nike's corporate functions business.

Design and implement prediction models, optimization programs, and core AI platforms to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.

Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and influence technical strategy in an agile, globally distributed environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master's in related engineering field, or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in machine learning engineering or closely related field.

Proficiency in Python, AWS (ECR, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway), and experience with MLOps including CI/CD and Docker containerization.

Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow), pipeline orchestration tools (AirFlow or Databricks Workflows), and relational databases (Postgres, Redis).

Experienced in complex data engineering: ETL pipelines, SQL, Spark, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud-native architectures.

Skilled in driving technical strategy and leading teams within agile and test-driven development environments.

Strong analytical thinker comfortable working collaboratively in a distributed global team and mentoring peers.
