Experienced in managing complex financial activities within project-based or contract-heavy environments such as CROs, healthcare, consulting, or technology sectors.
Skilled in providing actionable insights through financial analysis, business partnering, and performance review facilitation with operational leaders.
Capable of leading continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring compliance with financial and contractual guidelines.
