[Mumbai] Executive, Account Payable & Treasury

Own end-to-end accounts payable processes including vendor master data, invoice processing, payroll accounting, and timely vendor payments for Indian entities.

Manage treasury operations including banking operations and regulatory documentation for cross-border payments.

Support process improvements, financial analysis, and collaboration with Operations and Finance to enhance departmental efficiency.

Degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable and banking operations, preferably in the shipping industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numeracy and written communication skills.

This role is onsite in Mumbai, India.

Experience operating within shipping or maritime finance contexts, especially in AP and treasury functions.

Ability to manage cross-departmental coordination and improve finance processes systematically.

Comfortable working in a quality-conscious finance team focused on transparency and continuous improvement.
