Achieve assigned Trade and Forex (TFX) sales targets for the location and report progress to senior management.
Increase asset book clients and utilization including export/import finance limits, non-individual transaction client base, and overall portfolio growth.
Monitor compliance and statutory pendencies (e.g. EDPMS, IDPMS, FDI Reporting, ECB Reporting) and collaborate with internal teams to ensure regularization and smooth client onboarding with high-quality customer service.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years of experience in Trade and Forex (TFX); team handling experience preferred.
Preferred qualification: MBA or CA.
Hands-on experience and knowledge of FEMA Guidelines.
Proficiency in data analysis, channel management, and MS Office including presentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing trade and forex sales targets with exposure to asset portfolio and client acquisition.
Capable of overseeing compliance and regulatory reporting related to Trade and Forex finance.
Strong relationship-building skills with business associations and professional firms to expand business reach.
