Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience with at least 5 years on enterprise technology implementations including system implementations, data migration, integration, and cloud platforms.
Strong technical skills including APIs, system architecture, SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting/analytics.
Proficiency in Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years BA experience; 5+ years in enterprise technology implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading end-to-end BA delivery for complex enterprise initiatives including discovery, requirements, backlog management, and deployment.
Technically fluent in explaining system flows, integrations, data dependencies with the ability to translate technical detail into business terms.
Demonstrates leadership by managing ambiguity, anticipating risks, influencing without authority, and responsibly using AI tools to improve BA productivity.
