Lead business analysis for large-scale system implementations, platform migrations, data transformations, and integrations ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical architectures.
Drive the full BA lifecycle from requirements elicitation through deployment and UAT, facilitating collaboration among business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and vendors.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and reporting while maintaining validation and governance standards.
Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience with at least 5 years on enterprise technology implementations including system implementations, data migration, integration, and cloud platforms.

Technically fluent in explaining system flows, integrations, data dependencies with the ability to translate technical detail into business terms.
Demonstrates leadership by managing ambiguity, anticipating risks, influencing without authority, and responsibly using AI tools to improve BA productivity.
