Act as liaison between Technology, Product leads, and Operations to ensure clear communication and consensus on requirements and priorities.
Own creation and maintenance of detailed functional documentation including Epics, user stories, AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Support project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, reviewing SIT/UAT test cases, facilitating implementation through training and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
6-12 years of relevant Business Analyst experience, preferably in Trade Finance domain.
Techno-functional knowledge in Trade Finance with capability to write detailed business and functional requirements.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Jira, Mind Maps, and SQL, plus Agile experience.
Base location Mumbai with mandatory office presence at least 3 days a week. Education: MCA, MTech, MBA, BTech, BBA, BSc, BE, or BCom.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Business Analyst with strong Trade Finance domain expertise and ability to interface directly with senior business stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of Business Analysts and driving functional solutions.
Skilled in synthesizing complex information, designing solution architectures, and supporting Agile projects with understanding of development lifecycle and programming languages (Java, Python) as added advantage.
