Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption to identify optimization opportunities and support product growth.
Define, track, and monitor product KPIs such as engagement, retention, conversion, and growth; build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.
Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support roadmap prioritization, conduct impact analyses and post-launch evaluation, and present actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of proven experience in a Product Analyst or product-focused analytics role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with spreadsheet-based analysis and dashboarding (Excel/Google Sheets).
Hands-on experience using AI tools or Agentic AI for workflows, documentation, data analysis, and insight generation.
Experienced in end-to-end product analytics including funnel, cohort, trend, and root-cause analysis with ability to translate data into business insights.
Skilled in working with large data sets and multiple BI and visualization tools such as Apache Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
