Manage and own the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation frameworks and benefit programs for India.
Lead the annual compensation review process including merit, promotion, and bonus governance, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure compliance, accurate payroll execution, and insightful compensation analytics for business leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
8 to 12 years overall HR experience with at least 5 years specifically in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or Rewards Operations.
Experience managing compensation cycles, benchmarking, benefits administration, job evaluation, and governance within the Indian market.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of India labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
Experienced operator in compensation and benefits in India with proven governance of reward cycles and benefits programs.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors in a matrixed, professional services or consulting environment.
Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities, able to provide executive-ready insights and lead process improvements and automation in compensation and benefits functions.
