Minimum Requirements
15-20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Contract Management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a reputed institution.
MBA or PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Operations, or equivalent preferred.
Strong exposure to ERP platforms, preferably SAP MM, Ariba, or equivalent procurement systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large spend categories and complex procurement programs within manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, EPC, or diversified industries.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and drive procurement transformation initiatives including digital adoption.
Demonstrates strong strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, supplier management, and team leadership capabilities.
