Lead Hyderabad office network operations and act as primary escalation point for critical P1/P2 network incidents across on-premises, cloud, and contact center environments.
Manage network infrastructure lifecycle activities including upgrades, maintenance of switches, routers, wireless, and vendor coordination (ISPs, OEMs).
Drive design, optimization, automation for enterprise and hybrid cloud network connectivity, ensuring operational excellence and MTTR reduction.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience in enterprise network operations involving on-premises, cloud, and contact center ecosystems.
Strong expertise in TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, packet-level troubleshooting, and load balancer management (F5 preferred).
Experience managing network escalations, RCA, major incident management, and vendor/ISP relations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and ability to lead small operational teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level network operations leader with hands-on troubleshooting and incident resolution experience in complex enterprise and hybrid cloud environments.
Comfortable managing cross-functional and global teams, coordinating with security, voice, and home office teams, and driving network governance and continuous improvement.
Adequate exposure to telecom/ISP vendor management and cloud networking (AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, VPNs).
