Develop and lead retrofit programs for the installed product base, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
8 to 10 years of professional experience in relevant program or project management.
Must have experience in developing and executing retrofit or similar technical programs across multiple product lines.
Languages required: English, Hindi, and Tamil.
Experienced in cross-functional program leadership with ability to manage complex retrofit deployments end-to-end.
Skilled in strategic planning including budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management for technical retrofit initiatives.
Comfortable working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high compliance and completion rates on retrofit projects.
