Securities Operations Senior Manager - ED

Lead and manage a 50+ member team across multiple operational functions including Security Master, Pricing Account Maintenance, Reference Data Management, Remediation, Enterprise Integration, and Institutional onboarding.

Own financial performance of the line of business (LOB), including budgeting, revenue management, expense control, and productivity improvements.

Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, risk management, governance, compliance with regulatory standards, and stakeholder engagement.

6+ years of Reference Data management functional leadership experience or equivalent.

3+ years of functional leadership experience managing large, complex LOBs with 50+ team members.

Overall work experience close to 20 years in related functional areas.

Willingness to work night shifts to support U.S. operations.

Experienced leader with strong understanding of Wealth Management or Financial Services operational capabilities including regulatory and risk management requirements.

Proven ability to manage large teams and drive strategic transformations with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement at senior management level and driving continuous operational improvements using frameworks like Six Sigma or Lean.
