Prepare and lead Engineering business reviews covering KPIs, budgets, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years experience in engineering/IT operations, technical program management, or PMO roles within technology or SaaS organizations.
Working knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum), engineering budgeting, IT vendor/contract lifecycles.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS licensing, and large-scale engineering delivery projects is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in steering committees, account reviews, and cross-functional program management in engineering contexts.
Skilled at working across distributed, multinational teams and liaising with stakeholders in Engineering, PMO, Finance, and Procurement.
Capable of analyzing budgets, KPIs, and resource planning data to build scalable processes and drive operational improvements.
