Lead and manage the Data Profiling & Cleansing workstream within the Digital Core Release 4 program, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders and business units.
Develop, track, and report progress of the data cleansing roadmap covering Asset Management, Material Master, Finance, and Hydro-carbon value chain data sets.
Coordinate cross-functional requirements gathering, risk and issue resolution, training, and readiness activities in support of data cleansing, integration with testing and deployment workstreams.
12-18 years of experience in SAP Project Management or related ERP project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with ERP data transformations including master data standardization, conversion, migration, or cutover, specifically in SAP ECC, S/4, or JDE data models.
Must have senior project management experience focused on milestone-driven delivery (not agile methodology).
Experienced in managing large-scale, cross-functional ERP data cleansing and migration projects involving multiple business units and data domains.
Strong capability to coordinate and communicate across global stakeholders including Digital Core functional teams and business units.
Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4, and/or JDE data models along with the ability to influence execution tactics proactively within complex enterprise environments.
