Senior Staff Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET

Own design and development of automated test frameworks and infrastructure for scale-out storage solutions.

Drive quality initiatives including automation for functional, integration, regression, performance, scalability, failover, and disaster recovery testing.

Collaborate with development teams to analyze, reproduce, and resolve complex issues, integrating testing within CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence and engineering productivity.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Software QA, Test Automation, or SDET roles.

Proficiency in Python and PyTest with strong Linux system administration skills.

Experience with distributed systems, enterprise storage products, Git, and CI/CD pipeline automation.

Experienced in building and maintaining large-scale automation frameworks for complex distributed storage and data platforms.

Strong technical expertise in scale-out storage architectures, including file, block, or object storage and data replication techniques.

Able to lead quality efforts and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product reliability, scalability, and testing efficiency.
