Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
Proven expertise in at least one frontend framework (React.js, Next.js, Angular) and one backend framework (Node.js, Python/Django, or Java).
Experience in database schema design (SQL or NoSQL), query optimization, and handling data volume.
Location: Pune, mandatory work from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing projects end-to-end with direct client interactions, demonstrating accountability and communication skills.
Comfortable integrating AI coding assistants into daily development workflows with sound judgment of output quality.
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD, and can handle deployments and monitoring within cloud environments.
