Lead Life Cycle Engineer/ Expert/ Specialist

Own the end-to-end lifecycle management of network (LAN/WAN) SDWAN and security services infrastructure at airports/gateways, ensuring quality and operational efficiency from provisioning to decommissioning.

Design, deploy, and provide expert incident support for Airport network and security infrastructure including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and Versa SDWAN solutions.

Lead evaluation and adoption of new network technologies, develop documentation, support incident/problem management, and provide training to operational teams with availability for 24x7 on-call support.

8 to 10 years of proven experience in managing lifecycle of network services including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.

Mandatory Security Associate level certification and Professional level SDWAN certification.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), security protocols (VTP, STP, RSTP, PVST, HSRP), Cisco and Juniper equipment, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls; Versa SDWAN experience is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, network engineering or related field; relevant industry certifications like CCNP or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.

Experienced senior network lifecycle engineer with deep expertise in airport and large-scale network security and SDWAN environments.

Capable of cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and customer teams with focus on minimizing disruptions during network changes.

Demonstrates strong technical leadership in service provisioning, performance optimization, incident resolution, and training in global, 24x7 operational contexts.
