Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in incident, change, and problem management within technology support environments, demonstrating ownership and accountability for production stability.
Strong collaboration skills working with development and infrastructure teams to resolve and prevent application issues.
Background in AI or machine learning domain support, with bonus experience around generative AI models, MLOps practices, and containerization technologies.
