Ensure PKI system health and compliance through monitoring, audit support, risk remediation, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years experience supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).
Experience administering certificate lifecycle management platforms such as Venafi.
Experience troubleshooting certificate installation and configuration issues across enterprise applications and servers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational L1/L2 support for PKI and certificate management including certificate lifecycle processes.
Strong technical skillset with hands-on expertise in Windows and Linux certificate deployment and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cryptographic infrastructure, PKI auditing, compliance, and ServiceNow workflows for IT service management.
