Comfortable working independently and handling ambiguous scenarios in BI development.
Experience or familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
Prior exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse/Warehouse architectures, Azure DevOps, and US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is highly advantageous.
